Working Group
The turtle shell - Frederic Bonnet

The BINA Image Informatics Working Group seeks to “accelerate the dissemination and lower barriers for adoption of best practices, tools and ideas related to all aspects of the life cycle of biological and biomedical imaging datasets. This would include computational challenges related to image acquisition, image visualization, image analysis, image storage and dissemination.”

A biologist’s guide to planning and performing quantitative bioimaging experiments

A cross working group effort spearheaded by Beth Cimini in BINA’s Image Informatics working group and including a number of members of BINA’s Training and Education Working Group and other community stakeholders has produced this user friendly and beautifully illustrated guide to planning and performing quantitative bioimaging experiments.
