Pop-Up EoE after ABRF, May 11

BINA is coordinating a group, in-person Pop-Up Exchange of Experience (EoE) opportunity at the Broad Institute the morning of Thursday May 11 after the ABRF 2023 Meeting program. This 4 hour event entitled Managing the image-data life cycle for the real world: connecting the dots from sample preparation, to image acquisition, analysis and publications will be hosted by Caterina Strambio De Castillia and Beth Cimini. Hands-on, practical examples will be provided for all levels of experience/expertise regarding the importance of Image Metadata, FAIR Research Data Management, Integrated Imaging Pipelines, and Data Storage to ensure bioimaging experiments are reproducible.

Program timing:

Thursday May 11, 2023 from 8:30 am to 1:30 pm including breakfast & lunch

Places will be offered on a first come first serve basis and are limited to 24 participants.

Registration will close May 1 or once filled. You will be required to confirm your attendance no later than May 4 so refreshments can be catered.
