In November 2024, the Early Career Working Group began hosting this series on the 1st Thursday every other month at **11 am Pacific/1 pm Central/2 pm Eastern**, continuing from the success of the Corporate Partners WG hosted series that ran in 2023 & 2024.

Event Abstract:  This event is a QuPath training workshop showcasing the software’s open-source tools for bioimage analysis, including large 2D images. Through applied examples, attendees will gain knowledge of the software’s tools and workflow development that they can transfer to their own research. This event is designed for early career scientists with varying levels of image analysis and coding experience.

Bio:
Lhorane Lobjois is a research engineer at the Cell Imaging Core Facility for the University of Toulouse in France, working with the Institut Toulousain des Maladies Infectieuses et Inflammatoires. She specializes in the analysis of microscopy image data and analysis software, incluidng QuPath and ImageJ, for fluorescence imaging.
